WacoalWomen's French Garden Contour Bra -

For comparison, I own three of these bras that were actually bought from Wacoal. The material of this one is the same, but one of the foam cups does that awful buckling thing. I don't think it's a knock off, I just think maybe stuff like this ends up at Amazon because it didn't pass an inspection through Wacoal. Also, it was shipped in an envelope, rather than a box so it was pretty smashed when I got it. Even for the discounted price it's not really worth it.

This bra came with a very strong chemical odor. It was like some artificial off gassing or something. So did a laundry load of delicates on a double rinse and then EVERYTHING in that wash load smelled! Washed it again and the smell is gone. However there are three spots where the felt pad is sewn onto the closure hooks that have course fishing live like threads that poke into one’s skin!!! Ouch! Covered them with water proof bandages . That probably won’t wash tooo great. Other than that it fits well and is now comfortable. And was available in a 32DD which is hard to find.

I'm embarrassed to say this, but the bras I'm replacing--this exact style--are about 6 years old and I'm only replacing them now because the elastic is stretched out. Never had a problem with the wires. I purchased this bra because I have another one just like it but it is not the same size for some reason. I ordered the same size as the other one I have but it is smaller in the cup. Also, it is super scratchy on my skin where the closure is located. Have tried to wear it a couple of times but just too uncomfortable.

Unfortunately didn’t like fit and never wore til after return window closed otherwise I would return. Doesnt have same quality as other woacoal Bras I own. The back horizontal strap is sewn in a way that the seems are raised just ever so slightly causing them to dig into skin. I had to use scissors to trim to make it bearable to wear and still it’s uncomfortable. Could have been a defective item. But I think it’s just the design. For that reason it’s no value bc I likely won’t wear.

I had previously ordered this same bra but this current bra is not similar to the previous one. The sides of the bra have no lining in them which actually makes it easier for the lace to stretch or damage. Very disappointed with this new feature, especially from Wacoal, thought it would be a trusted brand.

The band size on this bra was smaller than expected compared to other Wacoal bras that I have tried on. The cup fit was kind of strange too. Straps were a little itchy due to the decorative edging. Of note, this bra was manufactured in Thailand and the three other Wacoal bras I tried on that fit true to size were manufactured in the Dominican Republic.

I ordered my SIZE and Wacoal is usually true to SIZE. However this was too big in cup size and jyst all around too big.I think it's a bra 5hat needs to be tried on. The bra itself was lovely color lace inserts. I was very disappointed .IF I could find it where it could tried, I'd certainly consider it.

I really liked the fit. Arrived slightly late in the mail but I'm happy with this purchase. It's has good quality fabric and hasn't been damaged in the hand wash cycle yet. It is a bit overpriced but worth it and I definitely recommend buying it.

I always buy Wacoal, and have bought fine versions from Amazon too. This one is scratchy, and I cannot wear it - I will wash it a few more times, but I would recommend NOT buying this particular version - It is unwearable as it is :(
