I’m really happy with the Core Balance Pilates Resistance Ring. It’s strong, durable, and provides excellent resistance for a wide range of Pilates exercises. It adds just the right level of challenge to my workouts, especially for inner thighs, arms, and core strengthening.The build quality is solid, and the handles make it comfortable to use. For the price, it’s a fantastic deal, much more affordable than other brands without sacrificing performance.Works exactly as expected. Effectiveness:Gives great support for certain exercises and also makes others more challenging. Just as I expected. Colour:I chose turquoise, and it's beautiful. Exactly as om the pictures.

Surprisingly robust, good quality. Has just the right amount of flex to provide excellent resistance. The hand attachments that can also be uses for anatomical 'resting' places (e.g. on shoulders, between adductors) are comfortable and ergonomically designed.As a bonus, it's in a great neutral colour (not some vibrant 'obviously sports/exercise equippment' colour so can be stored discreetly in sitting room.Great piece of kit.
