Being the words of the product box are in a foreign language, all we have for the distinction of the actual product is the design of the box....The box with black letters with gold filler below them is …...the QUALITY product, having silver COATING with red letters on each suppository. I give 4 STARS to this product.The INFERIOR product comes in a box with the black lettering with only 'white space' beneath them... The inferior suppository has silver COATING with red letters …. PLUS bold BLACK LETTERS STAMPED EACH SUPPOSITORY. When I opened them they would be melted & re-hardened to weird suppository shape or PIN HOLES suppository …. I refused to use these.The 2 pictures I posted are of both boxes in each pic, so you can tell the difference.....Don’t let them tell you that it is new packaging...NO, it is NOT.... BOTH packagings have been on the market for years..... Remember, the inferior product has BIG BLACK LETTERS STAMPED ACROSS EACH SUPPOSITORY. The suppository itself is tan, and while it does work well at pain relief, you should wear a maxi pad and put down a towel under your bottom, as you will have tan goop on the bed linens and your underwear if you don’t take precautions. I need to use a suppository in the morning after my shower and before I dress for work, so this does NOT work for that purpose at all.The camphor is strong, but it does help relieve pain.

My wife felt immediate pain relief after applying it for the first time a couple years ago. She considered they were the best medicine for hemorrhoids. She jut got another two boxes recently but it didn’t hep much after a few applications. She’s very disappointed, considering returning them because it’s pricey.

Mine are not bad and post colonoscopy my Dr told me surgery was not a real option.Bottom line is these things work to take care of business when I do have a flare up. When combined with a horse chestnut supplement they work even better.They are a little expensive but worth the price. They have a strong camphor smell to them FYI. Also, keep them in the freezer before use and they are much easier to handle and the cooling helps with the inflamdation as well.

Contrary to what other people have said, I didn’t experience any staining or unpleasant smell. I left it in the freezer overnight before using it and it made a big difference when applying it. 30 minutes after using it for the first time I could already feel immense relief. This thing is a life saver! Discomfort was completely gone after one night, I highly recommend this product!

Although this product really works, since I try almost everything link to my “trouble “, the quality of it seems not so stable as I wish. Here is my latest purchase. What is the white stuff on it? All two boxes have it. It make me hesitated to continue use this product.
