Instructions are hard to follow and the wood pieces are not labeled. Definitely recommend laying everything out ahead of time. Also we were missing some pieces here and there in which we contacted the company directly about, and they said they would send out the missing pieces. It was put together over a couple weeks by one person but two people would definitely make it go faster. The slide is long and fast. The opening is a bit small that leads to the monkey bars but I’m guessing it’s a safety precaution so no one accidentally falls while inside the playhouse. We did also have issues with the top of the roof not lining up so it left a 2 inch gap at the top. The company recommended drilling our own holes to have them meet but we may just buy a piece of wood or metal to cover it rather than taking it apart which would be a pain. That being said, the set itself is very sturdy. My kids are loving it so far.

This is an excellent quality swingset kit. Yes it does take some work to put together - it took 2 people a full day. But I enjoyed it. The instructions were clear to me, and helps as you would expect to read thru the whole set of instructions before actually starting to put it together.The southern pines boards are significant - very sturdy thickness and strength. The quality is excellent - precisely cut parts and holes were drilled with accuracy which was important for the bolts and nuts to fit without any adjustments.Compared to other swingsets we considered, this set has heavier boards, made of quality wood, and included heavy-duty hardware.We bought one set and assembled a couple months ago for one of our daughter's family. We decided to buy a second for another daughter's family.The swingsets arrived on the early side of the expected shipment arrival date range.Very happy with the purchases!

Huge pain to put together with parts not labeled and the screws mainly mixed together just adds more wasted time. Other than that, it is well crafted, good wood material. I recommend at least one other person to help with the install of it.

A great experience overall! My husband had no trouble putting it together and the quality is great. We love how it looks in our yard and our daughter loves all of the features. Finally they have great customer service with a quick response and sent out a new board when one had a visual stain. I would definitely recommend it and look to buy from this company again!

Great value for the money. When we ordered this playset on Dec 10th, the estimated delivery was Dec 22 - 27, but it arrived on Dec 20th. My father-in-law and I assembled most of the tower portion on the 21st, and my nine-year-old daughter and I finished assembling it the next day. Instructions, which included two pages just for (1) a diagram and measurements of the screws, nuts, and bolts and (2) a diagram with description and measurements of all of the pieces, were clear and easy to follow. We separated the two diagram pages from the instructions for quick reference. The playset arrived in several boxes very logically laid out, and the diagrams explained clearly which box contained which piece.After assembly, we were impressed with (a) how sturdy this product was and (b) the quality every part of the product, from the screws and bolts to the wood they sent to the slide and swings. The manufacturer did not do this on the cheap. This thing is made to last. Our kids and our extended family and friends are already having a great time with this playset. Best purchase of the year!

Package arrived earlier than expected with no damages. Assembled in 8 hours. As long as you read instructions clearly and lay everything out before assembly you should have no issues at all putting it together. Once assembled it is very sturdy so if you need to make any adjustments as to the location/angle where you want it do it before you add the roof. All in all this is a good product, a little pricey though, but was isn't now a days?

The boards aren’t labeled and the only thing they give you is a “key” where you have to look at the board letter in the instruction step, reference the key for that board letter, see which box # it is in, go to that box and then compare the key to each board in the specified box to match board shape, length, # of holes and location. Almost the same steps apply to finding the correct hardware as well. Very time consuming and confusing.The bolts come together in 1-2 bags and you have to measure all and sort otherwise it’s a nightmare.I am very handy and do a ton of wood work and I had to read and re-read each instruction step.Our monkey bars set was missing an entire bar. Luckily I was able to take one from the monkey bar ladder (too step is really not needed for our kids) but the step rail was longer so I had to use a hacksaw to cut it down to size for the monkey bars. Now I have holes to fill in on the stair boards but I am doing than with wood filler.Our set came with loads of extra bolts and screws but was missing 20 bolts, washers, and nuts in the size we needed/instructions called for. I had to make a trip to Lowe’s to get what I needed. I went back through the instructions to check I didn’t use the wrong size anywhere as well but no luck..we were just shorted.Lastly, the set is only three weeks old with our kids only playing on it a few times due to excessive rain...I come to find that 8 of the screws holding the rock wall boards on have sheered off totally. This left an entire board on the ground. I replaced with my own galvanized deck screws as it would seem the screws that came with the set are horrible quality.The highlight is the slide as it is great quality. One of the thicker and better made slides I have seen on these type of sets. By far the slide will outlast the rest of the play set!My kids love it but it was definitely not the quality nor worth the cost when it’s missing pieces.
