Bought a second one!
I love this tumbler. It is the perfect size for me. Bigger than a mug but smaller than my gigantic Owala or Stanley quencher. I put it in my pocket and when I’m hiking and I can drink hot matcha or oolong even when I get caught in a snowstorm. The tea literally stayed the same temperature til I got home - from 12p to 4:30p. It has never leaked and it doesn’t have a stupid straw that gets lost or needs to be cleaned with a brush. The Owala leaked all over my car and held enough tea for a family of 6. The Quencher was so ridiculously large plus it leaked that I gave it away almost immediately. I stupidly packed my previous cup into my storage space so I had to replace it with this one. Also the design is clean, chic, simple. I like the white with the matte finish. They ARE a little expensive however and you will find them in hipster coffee shops but never in Marshall’s or Ross (tragically).

the best travel container for hot or cold drinks I own
I bought this travel container on a recommendation from a friend. It holds heat and cold amazingly and the fact that has both a sipping top and a screw on lid can be quite helpful. I have a cabinet full of thermal containers and for daily coffee use this is by far the best one.

I bought my second one
This is the best tumbler that I've ever own. I love the minimalistic design of it but it is so much more. This prevents ice to come all at once, it also prevents hot content come out all at once. Nothing spills and no burning your lips. There are only three parts to this, so very easy to clean unlike other tumblers with complicated lids with many parts. I liked it so much that I bought another for my family member.

Perfect tumbler for on-the-go
I have tried many tumblers, from S'well, Zojirushi to Hydroflask. But this is the one I reach for the most. On average, it keeps hot drinks hot about 6 hours and cold drinks cold about 8 hours. The design is what sets it apart. No leaks - so super convenient to just throw into my bag. The 2-part lid minimizes spilling and makes it convenient to drink from without having to constantly take on/off lid. Plus the minimalist style is so nice to look at.

Good bottle, bad service
This tumbler is amazing and my favorite so far. It has everything I look for, style and aesthetics, durable, easy to use and clean, and a screw on top so I can throw it in my shoulder bag while commuting. HOWEVER, it clearly says “large” and the details section clearly says “500ml” which is what I wanted. I received the smaller 350ml version. When I reported the mistake, I was notified I would be sent the correct one, and they sent me ANOTHER wrong one. I shop Amazon so I don’t have to go into town to buy stuff so now I have been charged for two tumblers I wasn’t trying to buy because I don’t have time to go into town to the return center.

Always trust Japanese teaware/coffeeware
500ml is a perfect size for me—not like those freakishly large tumblers so it’s is easy to grip. I’ve been using it for hot coffee and the temperature lasts from 7am to 1pm, when I leave uni. I like that there are minimal parts to wash. And it doesn’t splash back on my glasses when I drink, woohoo!

Great quality and keeps my drinks hot for hours!!!
My only problem was when I dropped one of these, and the lid chipped a little. It was my fault, but a great product, nonetheless. I received mine as a gift and bought two of these for friends. I gave it a 4-star for being easy to clean, just because it is hard to get my hand into it to clean it out.

Nice tumbler; found it annoying to clean
Yes, it is a very good tumbler and does everything it’s supposed to do: keep liquids in and preserve their temperature. The outflow is controlled by this second component that goes between the top cap and the body of the bottle, and that’s what makes it nice to carry around without the top lid. I can drink from it with the ease of not having a second lid at all, yet not having to worry about things getting into my drink if there weren’t a second lid. The second lid also slows down the flow if you happen to drop it somewhere and it leaks. When traveling though, you must have both lids on. Eventually the novelty wore off and it got annoying cleaning all the components. If you want a bacteria-free tumbler, you must clean 4 components, which includes the two lids and their silicone parts. That is the only negative to an otherwise great water bottle. I plan on using this less frequently for normal water, as I think it is more suitable for drinks like hot cocoa or coffee.
