Bought for my granddaughterThought it would hold up better than it did..not many uses. Disappointed

Purchased Singing Machine for Grand-daughter's birthday. Unwrapped and set up today, 10/20/2018. Had the CD playing songs, but the microphone did not add her voice to the mix. Initial analysis - bad microphone, but could be the connection or the machine itself. Will try to isolate the problem (with a substitute mic) and get back to you for a replacement of what does not work. The replacement microphone for Singing Machine, File # 61995, arrived yesterday. I checked the machine today - the problem is solved. The new microphone works well.

I bought this for my niece for Christmas! She loves it and I believe I actually love it more than she does! Buy it! Great sound quality pretty cool!

The karaoke machine was a great addition to my daughters sleep over party. They were able to figure out how to work it and connect to my phone without me. It comes with one microphone so if you want them to be able to duet purchase a second microphone. Definitely would purchase again!

This product is a super cute gift for anyone wether they are an child or an adult we all have had fun singing on this however it has stopped working in less than 3 months! I’m so sad about this and I feel like it should be more durable along with the cuteness!

My 4 year old granddaughter absolutely love it!!! We love hearing her sing and she is able to control it. Even changes her own cd’s.

Works great, the lights are awesome. My daughter (5) loves it although she has trouble using it on her own because there are ALOT of buttons. The mic works great and its light enough to move around to different rooms, love that is has the option to play CDs or connect with bluetooth to my phone. Would def recommend to any singing/music fans.

Easy to use, it has different sound effects for your voice. My kids love it! It has blue tooth so you can play music through your phone and also connects to your tv. The lights on the front are neat too!

My granddaughter was very happy to receive this karaoke machine for her birthday in November 2020. However, after only 3 months it has stopped working. It won't turn on. I've been trying to figure out how to contact someone about a replacement since we've only had it three months so there should be some sort of warranty. But so far no luck because Amazon doesn't make it easy by giving a customer service phone number or email to contact. I have searched and found nothing. It may be the company I need to talk with, but can't find any contact information anywhere on Amazon website to speak with someone about this broken machine. I am frustrated and wouldn't purchase again. In fact I am strongly considering not ordering from Amazon again for electronics if there is no customer service for the product.
