Microphone for 4 pin CB Radio - Professional Series - Workman CM4

I bought this mic as replacement for my cb radio... The original one that came with it was a high end power mic but old and didn't work. I just wanted an affordable replacement. I was amazed at the quality of this microphone. I have people telling me I sound great and "loud and clear". I've used it a lot on ssb and talk to stations across the country all saying the same thing.I would definitely recommended this microphone. GREAT quality for very affordable price. I would buy it again for sure!!

Ordered this for my old Kenwood TS-130S ham rig.Had to rewire plug and inside Mike wiring to make it work, but that's OK.It has a beautiful large diaphragm dynamic element. The output is high and drives the old radio well. Fidelity is well balanced, good lows but not boomy. It really packs a punch and busts through pileups.Very pleased, a tremendous value.

It works, it's okay, feels okay. Basically it's just okay. Spend the extra $5-10 and get the Ranger. Much better than this.

I received this replacement mic in the mail today to replace an old 636 Astatic mic that pretty much flopped on me. I wanted to go basic so I heard good reviews on these cheap “coffin” mics and it seems to work fine and gets the job done. Very clear sound. I’m running it with a Stryker SR655-HP so I’m having great reports of getting out and can clearly understand me. 73s.

It looks and feels like the old Cobra mikes, its got great response and sound

The mic worked better than the noise canceling mic that came with my RCI-X9 Cb radio.
