In summary:-Shredded memory foam pillows are very comfortable and suitable for all sleeping positions.-High quality, chemical free memory foam and a luxurious pillow case.-Doesn't lose its shape/bounce.-Excellent customer service.Firstly, I'd like to mention upfront that I bought this pillow alongside three other pillows (a water pillow, a regular memory foam pillow and a Tempur Cloud pillow). I planned on testing each of them and keeping the best one. This pillow was the one that I kept.Shredded memory foam is far softer and adaptable than regular memory foam pillows. It allows you to add/remove filling, so that the pillow is as thick/thin as you want it to be. It also allows you to distribute the stuffing within the pillow so, for example, you can create a thicker area that supports your neck. I do have to say though, I sleep on both my front and side, meaning that I require both a thin and thick pillow for each respective position. I've tried creating one thick side and one thin side but it's hard to stick to the right side whilst tossing and turning in your sleep! This is not a fault of the pillow but an area in which I'm still seeking a solution that the pillow has not provided me with.I almost bought a shredded memory foam pillow that was slightly cheaper than this but, on closer inspection, the quality of that memory foam was not satisfactory. This pillow, on the other hand, uses premium memory foam with no harmful chemicals. It's obvious when inspecting the filling that this is not just off-cuts. The pillow case provided is also of an excellent quality. It's extremely soft and comfortable and has two different sides that you can choose between (one is bamboo).Some memory foam pillows are known to go flat after a while. I've been using this pillow for around two months now and haven't found that its lost its bounce at all yet. It just requires fluffing every so often and it seems to restore its original shape.I've also been very impressed by the customer service that the seller has provided. They got in touch after purchase, offering advice on how to tailor the pillow to different sleeping styles and preferences. They also provided me with an extra pillow case without me even asking for one.As for price - it's worth mentioning that I bought the Tempur Cloud pillow alongside this one (RRP £100). Whilst the Tempur pillow was extremely comfortable, I actually found this pillow to be just as comfortable for half the price. Given this, and the quality of memory foam used, I'd say this pillow is pretty good value for money!

This pillow is lumpy and would give absolutely no support. Very disappointed.

I bought this after looking at and trying out many other pillows, I have a permanent whiplash injury that is exacerbated by having fibromyalgia so a firm and comfortable pillow is very important. The shredded memory foam makes it soft enough to have a little give, without losing the firmness, and most importantly gives me a really good nights sleep and I wake up without any neck pain.Unlike cheaper versions, which I have tried, so speaking from experience here, this doesn’t have any odour at all, I was able to use it as soon as it arrived without any need to air it, the cheaper different brand version I tried had an awful chemical smell so in my opinion it’s worth paying the extra money for that alone. The case it comes in is well made, and it is still possible to fit a standard pillow case over it, so I can still use the ones that match my current bedding.It is easy to remove some of the foam if you want a lower pillow, I haven’t as it is the perfect height for me. The after service is also great, as is the offer of an extra pillow case for free.This pillow is very good quality and I am confident it will last many years, I feel I have definitely got value for money. I would highly recommend this pillow to anyone, especially anyone with neck issues.

I have spent an absolute fortune on pillows. Some have worked for a while before becoming useless and others well were a waste of money straight out the packaging. Due to my pillow problems I have been suffering from sore necks leading to almost daily headaches, stiff shoulders and many other aches and pains. And of course poor sleep. I have tried memory foam pillows in the past but they just did not seem to work for me as most were too low on the bed. I bought these pure comfort pillows in a fit of desperation but when they arrived I changed my mind so without unpacking them I put them in a cupboard and went else where. I then forgot about them until about 4 weeks ago when again I was desperate and at the end of my tether. I remembered these at 3 in the morning and immediately pulled 1 out (I had bought 2 not realising they were king size). I unpacked it and well needless to say I was close to tears as it is incredibly unimpressive once out the packing. Realising it might need time to puff up I left it and went back to it the next night. It was looking so much better by then ( a few days later even better). But like all other memory foam pillows I found it too low in the bed for me. Luckily I had about 20 different other pillows in the house so through trial and error I found one that could go under it to raise it to the right height for me. And it worked. In the 4 weeks since using it I have not had a sore neck or headache. It is the most comfortable pillow I have ever had. Not too hard, not too soft. Supportive for when I sleep on my side or back. And the pillowcase is really comfortable and soft to touch. I wish I could buy a couple of spare cases. I would definitely recommend this pillow. Give it a try as you might find it is just the one you have been looking for.

I'm a side sleeper and this pillow started ok for about 2 days. Then it start mushing to the top while I slept and I would wake up with just the pillow case basically. It gives me such headaches and you basically have to beat the crap out of it to get it flat and pushed back into place. I have to flip every time I wake up

My husband and I have been in search of good supportive pillows that do not separate or clump up over time, and have gone through 3 different sets. I think this one will be a keeper! It is fully adjustable with tiny chunks of memory foam filling. It comes super-packed with the filling in case you like plump pillows, but you can remove the memory foam to suit your comfort level. You would think the chunks would move around with the weight of your head, but they seem to stay put somehow, not moving around much. The only thing my husband didn't like is that the tag is in the middle of the long side where you put your head, but after you have decided you want to keep it, you can remove it! Additionally, the President of their family business contacted us after purchase to make sure we were satisfied--great customer service! Highly recommend this pillow!

Die Foam-Teilchen kleben nicht und man kann die Höhe vom Kissen "einstellen" für den Nacken.Super Qualität.Kissenbezug ist sehr gut genäht auch innen ist ein Kissenbezug für die Foam-Partikeln separat.

I purchased this pillow not putting to much hope on it, just more out of desperation.I am used to sleeping only with the finest white goose down pillows, which I custom ordered many times to be extra filled so I should have a soft pillow which is not flat. The problem was that after 3-4 months it would flatten out and it Wouldn't support my head (which is quite big! LOL) so I would buy a new one for another $150.00. I finally decided to try one of the foam pillows. When I received it I was sure that No way this will be good for me! lo and behold after sleeping with it one night I was amazed at how well I slept. It's been now a few weeks and I am addicted. I am not even sure why but some how it is ultra comfortable, I will update this review in another few months to update on the condition and if its holden up.Update it is now 2 years later Dec 1 2020 and this pillow is just as good as the day I got it! I am actually addicted to it ,and take it along on al my travels.

I really like the this pillow. Not too soft, and not too hard. When I've slept on it for many days, it's really easy to punch it into good shape again. I wish hotels had this one for me when I'm out traveling. When possible I bring it with me.I'm considering buying it again so that I always have one around.
