My favourite chocolate for baked goods
These work well for most recipes I use in my business. The packaging has useful instructions in how to temper the chocolate and use it correctly. The delivery itself was fantastic and the chocolate arrived in excellent condition and quality was preserved. I would be more concerned with how this is packaged during the summer months as it could be prone to melting, however mine was delivered during winter and I’m pretty happy with it. Use small amounts as it’s strong dark choc but tastes amazing and has the best quality I could find for the price. Definitely recommend!

Great choc
This chocolate is the best. I always get this one. I was a little nervous ordering chocolate online in case it arrived melted or something, but it’s been fine. Although I would still avoid ordering chocolate during a heatwave in case the parcel was left outside in the sun

Callebaut, can't ask for much more
These are great chips for cookies or just snacking on. They melt beautifully for other chocolate recipes, too. I like the 54.5% as a true semi-sweet where the chocolate is not overly sweet. Lots of grocery store semi-sweet chips are just too sweet. Don't order these when the weather is hot, is my advice. The chocolate in the first bag I got back in August came in huge blocks where the chips had melted then re-formed into oddly shaped large chunks. Also, some of the chips had gone powdery upon solidifying. They still tasted great but were useless for cookie baking. Anyway, these have become my go-to chocolate chip, so worth the money.

Amazing flavour and quality
Amateur baker. Absolutely love this chocolate. Started to buy when I got fed up with having to constantly replenish my baking stock with 100g bars. I find the 54% perfect for all my needs, not too dark but full of flavour. Really convenient resealable bag and drops melt so evenly. Refuse to buy anything else now!

The best callets
Love Callebaut callets, they give a real rich taste to my brownies and ganache. I prefer the No. 811, as they are less bitter than the 70% callets, yet still a rich flavour. I’ve been using these for 5 years and prefer to other brands :)

Excellent smooth tasting dark choc
This has little or no milk in it and is perfect for me as I am intolerant to dairy. If you are allergic to dairy this may not be suitable for you though. Excellent for baking, melting, truffle making and one of my favourites- hot chocolate (mix cocoa powder with a little oat milk, add some choc drops, top up with oat milk. Microwave 1 min, stir, add a few marshmallows, microwave 30-60 secs. Enjoy). A handful of these choc drops also make a tasty nibbling snack. Or melt and drizzle over popcorn.
