I am incredibly impressed with this Hiseeu wireless system. It offers professional-grade features without the professional price tag or a painful installation process. Here is why I highly recommend it: True Plug-and-Play Setup: The wireless connection is incredibly easy. As soon as I powered on the cameras and the NVR box, they paired instantly. I didn't have to run a single video cable through my walls, which saved me tons of time and effort.Excellent NVR Capabilities. The dedicated NVR is a massive selling point. It records 24/7 locally, so I don't have to pay for a forced monthly cloud subscription. The menu interface is easy to navigate, and the video playback is smooth and reliable.Flawless Remote Viewing. Setting up the phone app took less than two minutes. Now, I can view my live camera feeds from anywhere, whether I'm at work or traveling. The stream loads quickly, and the picture quality is crystal clear.

This is a nice product. Easy to setup and works well. The only issue is that it has one USB port at the back so you will need a USB hub with at least two ports so that you can. have a USB Drive and the mouse connected at the same time. The Camera numbers could be marked on the boxes to reduce the likelihood of mixing up the order of the Camera. You will need to mark them yourself before mounting them. Nonetheless, I would buy it again.

This is our second Hiseeu security camera system! We recently moved and decided to get the updated unit because we Loved our first one so much! The setup is simple as well as installing the cameras! Navigating between the cameras and watching the history is super easy as well.

Everything was pretty much as advertised. I had trouble getting one camera to pair but my daughter saved the day by pairing it with her phone. I don't know how that works but it did. Another item is the term "wireless". I isn't wireless in the sense that the cameras each need to be powered by a 120V outlet. The wireless is the wifi connection of the recorder. The 12V power supplies are not long enough for even our small home so we needed to buy 12V power supply extensions. Also, I have yet to get any of the cameras flood lights to come on when it begins recording due to an "event" like motion detection. The last negative thing I have is that I couldn't get the phone app (android) to work without paying a subscription for something I wasn't sure would work. For the money I would say those setup is a good choice for someone who wants a low entry level security camera or just wants to watch wildlife.

I've have these cameras for many years now. The only reason why I bought a new set is because my other ones were so old the NVR stopped working. With this new system one of the cameras was not working, I reached out to customer support and they sent me another after trying to help me troubleshoot without success.

Bought one in 2020, loved it! It was wonderful, added 2 cameras a year or so later without a problem, bought 2 more and couldn’t get them to work (showed as resolution too big). Nearly 2 years ago the whole system stopped working, decided it was time to try again (and hoped at least the 2 cameras we were unable to use would also connect) This one arrived, everything was working perfectly inside. When i took them outside to mount them where i had my previous cameras one would go on and off throughout the day (i presume the signal isn’t as strong as the one I purchased in 2020, maybe?) 2 wouldn’t connect at all. After a couple days of troubleshooting I decided to try a wifi extender, it hasn’t arrived but we’ll never know if it would work because yesterday afternoon the NVR started flashing and quit working. I went through the troubleshooting all night and thought I would let people know that it is worth it if you can get the older model, but otherwise you might end up with a $300 paperweight. Hope mine was just a fluke and other people have had better results.

Great Deal! I purchased this system about 4 months ago. It has been working great. The video quality is amazing, and the response time is fast. Never run to an issue. If I had to say a problem with this camera, the Wi-Fi antenna on the camera obstructs you from setting the camera at the correct position while you are trying to find the correct angle to install it. It is just a minor thing. This would not stop me from buying another set of this camera if I need to in the future.

I’m always hesitant to write a review as some people experience products and customer service differently. This for me was a positive experience and regardless of what differences I’ve had from other suppliers, from purchase to delivery, installation set up of my Hiseeeu wireless CCTV cameras were seamless. This product really does what it says it does. The picture quality is amazing. I decided to download the app to all my devices and it worked first time. It system is easy to navigate, but if you are like me and need that extra IT support, you can make an instant connection to someone who will talk you through what to do and send you a pdf of easy step instructions. Only yesterday, I had a slight problem as I wanted to change my password on the system and not being IT savvy, I used the live What’sapp chat. Almost instantly I received a response. I was given the right information I was looking for and they talked through the issue to a full resolution. So I’m essences, iI would definitely recommend Hiseeu and their quality products. Great home security system. Easy to set up and app works well. Even better customer service experience the few times I have needed any support. Would buy again.

The only thing I don't like is the slow frame rate. Very good night vision, format for video isn't supported by my computer so you can't view anything you upload to a card unless you get a video converter. At least on my computer (not new). Other than those 2 issues, very happy.

This Hiseeu Wireless Security Camera System is amazing, super Happy with it, very crisp and clear image compared to my old system, the colors are very good even at night the image is perfect. I like that I can add more cameras in the future and I will do so. I contacted customer service with some questions and they replied right away, super impressed with them. Already told my friends about it as the value is pretty good and affordable.
