Hyland's Restful Legs PM, Nighttime Formula, Calms Agitated Legs so You Can Sleep, 50 Quick Dissolving Tablets

As a physician and a former pharmacist, I appreciate a product that does not have significant side effects. This is one of those products that I use regularly. It works quickly and I just pop 3 or 4 into my mouth before sleeping at night when I feel my legs growing uncomfortable. Pretty easy. I wouldn't say this is a product for pain relief but the overall relief of mild restless leg symptoms is a boon for something that won't make you severely tired the next morning (gabapentin) or that you can grow a tolerance toward (ropinirole or pramipexole). The quality is great because it doesn't taste chalky like several other similar products even though the active ingredients are very similar. The only downside is that it is a little pricey.

If you have restless legs at night try these ... They work really well. My legs go nuts at night after working all day and trying to relax in bed. I was constantly moving my legs trying my best to sleep but could not and being up half the night I finally decided to try this product. OMG it worked so good for me after taking it and about 30 minutes my legs started calming down and relaxing plus them PM helped me fall asleep faster. awesome product I have bought this product a few times and will continue to keep buying this one.

Works as advertised. I occasionally have restless legs at night in addition to general restlessness. This subtly helps with symptoms without a prescription. Great to have on hand when needed. Also dissolves in your mouth so no need to have a drink cup nearby when taking.

Ugh - if you have restless legs, you know how bad they can be, how depressing it can be to fall asleep only to wake up with your legs feeling like fire is flowing through your leg veins or that squirming feeling like bugs are in your legs. There's just no way to stay in bed and "work through it." I've taken epsom salt baths at 4 am to try to calm down my legs, tried all sorts of creams, yoga poses and different products. These little quick-melt tabs are super easy to use, and do calm my legs. Note: they take a while to work (for me, at least an hour), and I've found, through trial and error, that taking more than 6 over a 12 hour period (2-3 every 4 hours as needed is dosage on box) seems to make me feel sick the next morning. I've been using them for maybe 8 months now, and they still help consistently. Given their low price, compared to other things, makes trying them a no-brainer!

Still unsure on whether this actually works. I've been taking three and dissolving under the tongue, keeping it there for another 30ish seconds and then swallowing. Legs and arms still feel restless awhile later. Will keep trying and update if any change..

I noticed a considerable difference in resolving restless legs at night. I do actually recommend this product to other people with RLS syndrome. It’s something that is really common and for me it’s kept me up all night long and I didn’t even realize that I was experiencing this. I look for holistic products. I’m not willing to get on medication so somebody suggested this on Reddit and it was cheap so I bought it and I was really really impressed. I have been spreading the word about this. So my body twitches and my legs are a lot more soothed at night and You can sleep comfortably. I’m pretty sure it’s all natural. All of these are like herbal ingredients and it gives pretty good results. High-quality natural I take about three of the tablets at a time sometimes two it depends. And they dissolve under your tongue. They don’t taste bad. They actually taste kind of pleasant. And they’re really easy to use.

Does the job. I am new to try these for my RLS. They worked well for me. I can lay down in bed and toss and turn with my legs but after trying these I am able to fall right to sleep. Easy dissolvable pill taste ok. No bad aftertaste. Will be a regular purchase now.

If I could give this a zero star I would because the tablets never works really it’s not what they are saying totally waste of money to buy them.
