Gill Three Season Gloves

Just received these today and they seem like they'll be a good pair of gloves. They fit fairly well, if not slightly tight around the joints. I expect they'll loosen up a bit after some use. The grip is great; much better than other gloves I've tried, and that was one of the main things I was looking for. They're very warm, I didn't have any problems with them out in the cold today. The cuffs extend up the wrists enough that they go under my coat sleeves so that kept the cold air out. I ran them under water for a little while and they also seem to be MOSTLY watertight, everywhere except the fingertips. Kind of an odd design choice to make them mostly watertight everywhere else but not there. It's still much better than my last pair which aren't water resistant at all.Overall it seems like I'll be perfectly happy with these gloves.

The gloves delivered the day before the snow and ice storm hit the south. While all the cars were stuck in Atlanta we were racing our boats. The gloves kept my hands nice and warm. Even when wet. It was a little hard to handle the spin pole during a jibe. Hard to pull the release cord on the pole end. But very glad I had the gloves on.

Used these for about 5 blue water sailing trips and a few cold weather fishing trips. The fish smell washes out pretty nicely, and they hold strong against rope if your sailing. They do very well as advertised. I recommend if it is very cold or cold with high winds to have under these an additional pair of light thin 3/4 knuckle gloves, they normally call these "sun gloves"

Great all around glove.I use in winter and on the boat during the summer.It would be even better if Gill could make them out of a windproof material.

These are the only gloves for me. I sail competitively including offshore. I wear them year round for sailing. They are trim fitting, have a great grip, and wring out to almost dry. If Gill ever discontinues this glove, I'll be extremely disappointed.

Den perfekten warmen Segelhandschuh wird es wahrscheinlich nie geben. Aber dieser kommt nahe dran. Er ist halbwegs warm, hat einen guten Griff und scheint soweit ganz robust zu sein.

Diese Handschuhe besitze ich seit etwa einem Jahr und habe gerade ein zweites Paar einem Bekannten geschenkt.Sie tragen sich sehr angenehm und sind nach einer intensiven Segelsaison noch tipp topp in Ordnung.
