If you enjoy a mug of tea first thing in the morning this is the perfect tea pot for yourself or you and your significant other. There is room for two large mugs worth. I have had this for several weeks now and have been using it every morning. It works perfectly for the stove top. The product description states it can be used on the stove top low-medium heat. I always set mine just a notch above medium and it takes one mug's worth about 6 min to boil and two mug's worth about 9 min to boil at that temp setting. No issues so far. Clean-up is a breeze. You could just get away with rinsing w/ warm water if in a hurry but I usually wash the glass pot with regular dish soap and rinse out the infuser and metal lid piece. It is durable and I have not had any concerns about it breaking from regular usage and wear especially after using it and observing how it handles regular everyday usage.

This is just the right size for brewing 1-2 cups of tea. Everything on this pot is perfectly made. It is easy to use and tea comes out tasting great. The spout is nice and long. It reaches a little above the edge of the pot so that the tea does not easily spill out of the spout when carrying the full pot around. Somehow I was expecting a thicker glass on this pot. I have granite counters in my kitchen and a bit scared that I can shatter the pot if I am not careful.

I purchased this glass tea pot for my teen daughter who always complained that our non-see-through pot grossed her out because she could not tell if the inside was clean, she wanted something she could see. She loves this tea pot! She uses it every night for her tea. For me, a super busy mom, it isn't functional. It takes longer to heat water because the instructions say not to use a flame hotter than medium. Also, it is only large enough for a cup and half of tea. That's why I only gave it 4 stars. But my daughter, who has way more time than I do, would give it 5 stars i'm sure :) I'm more into functionality than cuteness. And BTW, I know that our regular tea pot is clean LOL

I purchased one of those self heating electric pitchers and I heat the water in that and just pour into this teapot. Makes the most perfect tea. Highly recommend this teapot.

Item developed a crack after firt use.

Pours beautifully! Is a very nice size. The infuser has small enough holes that tea leaves don’t get through. Updated! I originally orderwd this teapot 3 years ago and it was great. Unfortunately the handle cracked at the top. I wasn't upset because it was fairly cheap and I've been using it daily the entire time. They sent a replacement withe a built in infuser. You can't separate it from the lid. I was very disappointed. The picture is not the teapot you get.

I bought this hot on the Fly and I did not look at the specs or even realize the 26 oz size in the description so I was quite disappointed when it arrived and it was so extremely small it almost looks like a toy pot because it is so tiny. I haven't used it yet but I will update this review once I hav. it's a beautiful looking pot but my goodness it is just too small.
