Expensive but a unique shape and pretty finish
NordicWare tins have a great weight to them – reassuringly solid and well made. Although they're expensive you get the sense they will last a lifetime.I bought this as a Christmas present which suited the gold finish, which only appears on the outside. I loved the shape of the pan and think the sharp angles encourage the cake to release smoothly, so long as it's properly greased.Overall a great holiday or birthday present for an avid baker.

Outstanding
First time Bundt cake baker… and I’m hooked. Actually this cake is for my sons birthday, he’s a Sonic the Hedgehog fan and somehow this particular tin seemed appropriate.Easy to use, looks great, I wondered about the Heirloom claim but actually I get it now - my daughters will love to get their hands on this!I did Butter the inside and then added dark chocolate cocoa powder (it’s not burnt)

Excellent quality.
I have previous experience with Nordic baking tins, this is the fourth one I have purchased. They're not the cheapest on the market, but the quality is of the highest standard and they're more than worth the cost involved.

Very good baking tin
I am so excited that this Nordic Ware 85777 Brilliance Bundt baking tin has just arrived.19th January 2020 - I have finally used this baking tin and it is excellent. Why do I like Nordic Ware bundt tin? It is made extremely well, better than any of the bundt tins which are made in Europe. It is made with thick metal and heavy and this means it has good heat distribution. I bake in at a lower temperature and for a shorter duration thereby saving energy and be more environmentally friendly.

Baked product looks fabulous
Does a great job. Butter the pan, nooks crannies religiously and the cake or bread pops out. Relatively easy to clean but I find Le Creuset’s bundt tin easier to clean. The shape of cake looks brilliant. Baked a red velvet bake and stuffed mozzarella bread. The pan is not intended for mozzarella bread but the cooking is even hence used and it came out brilliant. I know it is expensive but go for it. U will love baking in it!

Makes a gorgeous cake
Happy with quality of pan. Not lightweight like some Bundt pans. Cakes turn out perfectly. Had no sticking.

In love!
What a beautiful Bundt pan....sturdy, well made, great size too! Whomever said this is small is crazy - it's a great size. Quality is great too...looking for ward to buying more of this brand.I really can't understand why people have so much trouble with this pan. I'm after using it a dozen times, never had one issue. I use a baking spray with flour in it, and use it generously, and wait 15 minutes before you remove the cake...never had one issue. As for cleaning, I wait until the pan is completely cool, then I clean it out with a medium size natural bristle fairly stiff paint brush that I only use on my Nordic Ware...then wipe out the residue with paper towels then pop it in a 200 degree oven for 10 minutes. I rarely put it in water because that's how clean my cakes come out, and the temp from the oven sterilizes it. Be gentle, your pan will love you. This was the first Nordic Ware pan I bought and have many more now...and have not had any issues with them.
