Do you people not know that one of few ways your dog has to sweat is through its paws? This is NOT healthy - it blocks pores. Would put some kind of glue on your arm pits or your face? Use some common sense. I don't care how "safe" the adhesive is, it is still adhesive and has NO PLACE on your dog's paws. **Q: How often do you have to change the pads?** A: they last abt 3-4 days. our 15 yr old lab doesnt go outside much but we live in fla and so the ground is usually pretty wet in the summer. i dont see that he tracks much water or dirt in on them, though. he doesnt like his feet to be touched so i cant really remove the old ones entirely — i just cut off as much as i can and then put a new pad over what’s left of the old one. **Q: Are they reusable? No sign of her being irritated with them stuck to her paws. As long as they're stuck they work a treat. She had much better grip and confidence walking round the kitchen. However they don't last long, mostly coming off after a few hours just indoors. Going outside and they last no time at all.
