Amazing and reliable! I’ve made macarons with this beauty and make my favourite cookies, cupcakes and brownies on a very regular basis. I no longer buy cookies from stores, rarely ever buy any other baked goods (besides bread, only because I refuse to put myself through making bread) from the store.It’s insanely easy to use once you get the hang of which attachments to use for what recipes, very easy to clean and keep clean.I bought mine from the seller QR4Life, and it was a very heartening experience. Sellers some called me on the day of delivery, explained how to use it, called again after I’d used it for the first time to make sure I was happy with my purchase. They seem like a very reliable seller and I wouldn’t go with any other for future purchases.I grew up watching my mother bake delicious things often, and now I can do it too! My parents love the baked goods I send them, say they’re professional quality.I couldn’t be happier than I am with this darling of a machine!PS. The one I bought came with a 3 pin plug made for Indian houses. I was warned to not use any adapter or extension cords to connect my KitchenAid to the outlet, and to only ever plug it directly into the outlet. Something to do with potential loose connections from adapters and extension cords that could damage the machine or cause mild electric shock when touching it.

This is by far the best stand mixer that I've used. KitchenAid needs no introduction, so qualities like sturdiness, built and design are granted, especially for the price. I was bit skeptical abt the size, but it is perfect for the portion sizes typically used in an Indian kitchen. I use it for bread kneading and it works perfect for the 500 gm (flour weight) loaf that I regularly make. A must have for any kitchen or hobbyist bakers!

The product comes with UK plug and gave electric shocks when used with many adapters (GM, Cona etc). Only one adapter, that is China made, worked fine (see pic). The product pin has to sit snug in the adapter. The adapter itself should have 3 pins (with a ground pin) and should sit snug inside the electrical socket. Only then you won't get electric shocks. The user manual warns against using any adapter, but then it won't work in India. Do not use with 15 amp socket.Some parts were dusty. Not expected when buying from a reputed seller after paying such a huge sum. The stand mixer is running great so far.

Best investment ever!! I bake and cook a lot ,and this makes my job 100 times easier in kneading, whipping,mixing.....so on. It's heavy hence It doesn't shake like other appliances. I got best deal compared to KitchenAid website. Made souffle pancake the first day I received. The egg white was whipped in a min at the highest speed.Thanks a lot, Amazon and cloud tail(hope I speller it correctly) for making it available.Couldn't have been possible without you two companies.The first one I received,I wasn't satisfied with the finishing since the fray band around the appliace was lose however, having said that it was exchanged with no issue.Can't wait to use daily. Just make sure that you don't move around a lot. This appliance needs it's own permanent place. So, so happy with the product

I mentioned in my previous review that I wasn't sure whether it would work or not since the mixer arrived all dusty but also because of the plug. Well, we already had an adapter for it and it's been plugged into a 15 amp point, not a regular outlet. See photos attached. We plugged it in and tested it for a few minutes and it worked just fine. So at the end of this purchase experience I am happy that I got what I wanted, at the price that I wanted and that it works. Hope my photos and reviews help others make a better informed purchase, the same as I was helped by reviews and photos from others.

Just been 2 weeks since using it but really happy with it! Pricey but worth the money if quality is what you're seeking.

I received the product without any defects and the packing was also good though i wish it came with a pouring shield too as it isn't included in this model and the beater is not as good as the ones u get in higer kitchen aid SM models. Overall it's a superb product with very less noise though expensive. A must have for a small home kitchen. Already been using it since five months and i simply love it ❤
