Outside noise reducer
I have been using this headphone for quite sometime and I was happy with the product.Bought a newer one as the old one got worn out. I see the earlier ones had outside noise reducer, but this one picks up outside noise. Not sure if that feature is taken out or if I got a faulty product.Else, this is a good product.

Worse service n faulty products
Worst product n worst service...when the microphone dint work after delivery, Logitech n amazon both denied service. Amazon won't take return or give refund while Logitech wants me to run to local retailers to exchange it... Why buying online then?
