Good looking and premium packaging .Now only I came to know what is Pure Shilajit.I consumed it with warm water and it's solubility , mixability is good and i liked its detoxifying quality. Diluted in warm water and warm milk. And can be taken with milk or water. The taste is bitter and tasteless. I think this brand gives genuine and orginality of its shilajeet products. Price-- As compare to other brand of shilajeet ..it's little higher price . Company should decrease it's price for its selling, marketing growth. The very first time i bought in 1400₹ for 30g it was very good almost perfect, but second time when i buyed in offer for 1200₹ for 30g it had downgraded quality it had a more bitter taste than last and was less thicker than the last also had a foul smell while drinking also leaves a foul tastes afterwards..if you guys can't maintain the quality then plz don't give discount and offer..!!

It is quite potent Shilajit. I have used Ramdev's shilajit before but the effects of using it were not prominent as with Upkarma's Shilajit. Just dip the edge of the spoon into the compound, mix with water or milk The solvent liquid should be luke warm. Twice a day. That much is enough actually. Do make sure to expend the energy obtained after consuming this. I have a sedentary job and it can lead to loss of sleep due to its energy lending nature. Too much energy to rest. You will wake up with a surge of energy if you regularly consume it, the only catch is that you will have to make yourself tired with physical work to help you sleep. Better not to consume more than 30 days at a stretch. Best way is to consume for 5 days, rest for 2 days in a week. Even then as per my experience, it us best to continue for 4 to 6 weeks only after then rest for 1 or 2 weeks before consuming again. This is pure Shilajit. You will notice effects after a few days, 7 days or so to see full effects.

Have been using this product since many years. Have seen drastic drop in the quality of shilajit since the brand has got popularity. This used to be the best shilajit, now it's like the worst one. Decline was seen since last 2 purchase. This is the last buy for my now.

Received this product on time with proper packaging. So thanks to Amazon. I am using this product for a while now and I think it's Original. I started with twice a day dose but then I face piles issue triggered as this product is hot in nature. Also some might have mouth ulcer issue. Then I reduced the dose to once a day in the morning. I feel it's Original product and works well. Little on costlier side. They have premium box packaging with a tiny golden spoon inside. You can try this for sure. And continue if it suits you.
