Has High Mufa contains good for heart health.
Hi Oleic Oil is considered good for health because it has a lot mufa. It is as good as Olive oil and it is better than Mustard oil in most cases. The oil has neutral taste so it is good for all kind of dishes and Indian cooking.Good for deep frying, does not produce smoke, as Hi Oleic Oil oil has high smoke point.As per various research Hi Oleic Oil oil can help reduce the change of heart disease and cholesterol issues.Hi Oleic Oil oil is as good as olive oil and is better than rice bran oil in most aspects. Good refined oil!
It is an imported refined oil but with one year old manufacturing date (Best before two years from the date of manufacture). I guess that is the reason it comes with inflated discount. I am using this oil from last one year and found it healthy and good on tasting notes.

Best oil for heart
We are using it for past many years. Our Lipid profile is in proper range. There may be other factors also but I feel this oil is also contributing to that.

Very Old stock
Don't buy it, it's exactly one year old stock. even If 3 months old oil its rancidity will get started, imagine 12 months old. Merchants consider general shelf life of 1 year which is bad
