This is extremely useful product as well as we can protect our foot and it is extremely groovy

Heel support is provided properly cushioning is good size is okay depends on people. Adhesive is not that great but effective to some level.

I am writing this review after using product for almost 1 week. So here is the feel. After starting to use it, it gives a desired comfort to heel and initially helped in reducing the heel pain (Plantar fasciitis) to greater extent. Before using it, I was like, I should never start to walk again (as to start walk after some rest was very difficult and painful). But after starting using this, I was able to walk with 50% of pain in my heel area. Where it lacks then ?? It does not provide complete foot support neither the arch support. Failing to further reduce the pain over the time. This product will help you to ease the pain but not completely eliminate it. Apart from using this product, I suggest you to do the deep tissue massage using a tennis ball (See YouTube), apply some ice on the part of heel where it hurts a most. After seeing that pain is not getting fully eliminated, I switched my shoes to something more comfortable ranging from 3000 to 4000 Rs. I suggest you do the same if your Pain is not completely eliminates. And while buying the shoes also keep in mind that you buy a shoe that doesn't not bend like U after putting moderate pressure and also don't twist a lot. Especially the back of the shoe, because thats where your feet lies (See YouTube). And if the firm base is not provided, again the whole body pressure will be on wrong part of heel, which will increase your heel pain and nerve pain.
