Fresh Henna Color Protect Shampoo & Conditioner for Color Treated Hair, 190ml

Okay. First things first, there maybe mixed comments regarding this product but this is my overall impression of this product offered by Biotique which is a very trusted brand. I was confused whether it would dry my hair out, but after using it, none of that happened. My hair is oily as well as my scalp. It did provide lustre to the hair and my hair felt soft too. I agree that it does not lather much which can be considered as a con but as this is a herbal product, as long as it’s job is fulfilled this can be neglected. As of now, I cannot comment on the colouring part as this contains only 2% henna so I am not sure whether the brown tones will come out and be visible. After conditioning my hair separately my hair felt the same as only shampooing with this one. It added volume to my hair and made it non frizzy. Talking about it’s scent, it is just pleasing. I am happy with this product as it not only works well for me but it is also herbal. So you can definitely give it a try. It just depends upon the hair type and works good for oily and thin hair like mine. It’s a thumbs up for this. 😉

Firstly, please don't go by the green colour of the bottle in this image, as it's the same good old Bio Hennaleaf shampoo with an almost transparent orange/henna-ish undertoned shampoo that gives those faint orange/henna-ish tones at times visible only with prolonged use and against bright sunlight. It's supposedly good to prevent greying & to keep hair colour in your hair longer. Can't vouch for either as of now. For me this is shampoo that has changed the idea of shampooing for me exactly 15years back when I started using it - it's the 1st shampoo that didn't dry my scalp (have extremely dry skin) or my dry-brittle-hair & almost felt like glycerine over them. It have a sheen to the hair & my hair has not had much greying yet but that may be more of DNA than the shampoo - can't comment :-) Most importantly it's very suited for daily use, especially for summers, with it's henna cooling & especially if you do a before bath traditional warm oiling of your hair & an afterbath application of a little hair oil over the strands. For winters I may at times switch to a warmer tulsi based shampoo when this one feels like ice over the scalp. Overall a good friend for my hair & scalp for more than a decade - would vouch for it!

It’s not good

Very good for coloured hair. Lets the colour stay on for longer even with daily washes. However the hair becomes a little dry. May need conditioning.

Este champú es bastante bueno tanto al precio como calidad , ingrediente ecológicos y hace espuma con pequeña cantidad, huele muy agradable y deja el pelo sedoso en un lavado . No hace ningún daño al cuero cabelludo.

Die Lieferung dauert immer ein bisschen, weil es aus Indien kommt, und guenstig ist es auch nicht, aber :Bis jetzt das beste Shampoo was ich je hatte ( fuer feines, schnell fettendes Haar )! Und sparsam im Gebrauch ist es auch.

This Shampoo is nice on the hair. It clean the hair well but also make it feels soft and conditioned. Will be getting more now that it’s finished.

I am not impressed at at all. I paid for 2 items for 29.34€ inclusive 5.70€ for post only for it to be delivered to Germany and to pay an extra Zoll cost of 9.75€ ( 120ml for a bottle) I bought it from a different seller earlier without this problem and with 190ml more cheaper. I was convinced because of the package and thought it might be more better but it’s the same.
