Fair for a Quick Soup Option
They are alright for a dried and packed version. Easy to make and takes about three minutes to cook. There is a scattering mainly of green peas, sweet corn and carrots among others. There is no comparison to the fuller taste of homemade ones, though that is not to be expected of these kinds of versions.And of course, there are thickeners, flavour enhancers, anti-caking agents and all the rest of them in the ingredients – again, a thing to be expected. I like to keep a couple of packs as an emergency option in the pantry for days when I get sick.
