Fossil Dawson Satchel

The leather feels really nice. The color goes with a pair of platinum-gold shoes in a nice way - - not too matchy-matchy.I measured my previous purse and diligently looked for one that would meet my needs and this still is a bit too small, but I love it so much, I'm going to figure out ways to downsize my needs. The outer pocket or zipper pocket isn't sized well for a iPhone 6s plus. I bet my previous iphone 4 would work well. The inside is tan, which I love since a lot of the stuff I carry is black and gets lost when the inside is black.I can't figure out what to do with the crossbody strap when I hold it by the 2 shorter straps...it just hangs there--like a tail. If I hang the purse on my shoulder, the 2 extra straps look cluttery & useless. I don't like crossbody straps except for travel, so I may just take it off for regular use.What is that plastic key for? Why in the world do I want a plastic key that looks like an old-fashioned teething key hanging from my purse? I removed that.

I bought the champagne colored one. Color is beautiful but the bag cannot really be used a cross body which is what I was looking for. I am keeping it because its a nice bag.

The multi-color is NOT leather. I just opened the package and it is clearly not leather. I confirmed this on the Fossil website. I don't think a fabric bag is worth $150. I'll be returning the bag.

i bought 3pcs of this bags, but 2 was arrived with missing keys. i didn't know how to complain about it. this bag is beautifull, just disapointed because 2 came with missing keys.

Finally found the bag I've been looking for. I'm 5'3" so I don't want a giant handbag (even though I love them). This bag is a medium size and has absolutely everything that I want (not all of this is listed in the product description!): handles that flop down so that when you use the cross-body strap they don't dig into your armpit (short torso girl), outside flap, outside zip pocket, 2 inside flap pockets (phone, keys), and an inside zipper pocket. The champagne color is a GORGEOUS metallic (neutral). Can't wait for spring!

Love this bag. I was hoping that the hand straps can be used as a shoulder bag, but the handles are too small, so I adjusted the shoulder strap so that it is really short and can be used as a shoulder bag. The color is amazing and gorgeous. It's perfect for a summer purse. Bright and beautiful. I'm thinking about buying the black leather version for the winter.

I was looking for a medium sized purse in red. I have a small Fossil purse as well as a wallet and like them so was happy to find one I like in a medium size. I like how it is organized with all the pockets both zippered and open, inside and outside the purse. All of the Fossil products I have purchased have been of good quality. I like this purse very much with a few minor exceptions. The zipper is a bit rough to the touch, I could live without the little handles, and I took that plastic key off. Also, I got maroon rather than red because it seems that Fossil has changed their red into a bright pinkish red that I don't care for. My small Fossil purse is a lovely red, but I bought it five years ago. The maroon is nice, though. All in all, I am happy with this purse and it is a keeper.

I'm not typically a big bag person, but I wanted something slightly bigger than my tiny cross body purse. This purse is the absolute perfect size for my 5'4" height and holds a sufficient amount of things I carry around "just in case" (I don't actually need all the things I carry, but you never know). The maroon color looks slightly more plum than red, but is still beautiful. If you are even considering buying this purse, I would definitely recommend it.
