I've been taking these for several months. I was taking the Estroven Maximum Strength prior to taking these. I have noticed a memory improvement, and have even questioned whether it's "for real" or just "me trying to convince myself". As a skeptic and a VERY frugal person, I suppose the fact that I continue to buy it makes me lean toward "for real"!
