The dimensions listed are only rough sizes. Normally that would be a bad thing, but once your order is placed, you will get a phone call approximately 2-5 minutes later where they will confirm YOUR actual dimensions. This is because they build YOUR door to YOUR specs (so get them right). It arrives in a single cardboard box and pallet. Directions for installing the track are a tiny bit fuzzy, but easily figured out. There’s also a helpline if you need it, but I doubt you will. Once the door is up, it stays up. The only item we were missing was the 3/8” tension setting bar. A good thick shaft screw driver/pry bar will easily do the job. Overall, it looks great and does the job perfectly!
