Warranty cannot be claimed neither from this seller nor the brand service centre
It's not even a year I brought the product, it's breaking up into bits and pieces, as the seller is third party and import product from US and selling in India, the brand don't provide warranty for the product and seller says he has no responsibility for warranty claim. Such a fraud seller service provided by Amazon, though they provide 18 months warranty when they sell the product, but actual claim is impossible.

One side not working after 1 year and no way to claim warranty
The left side of the headphone has stopped working, no external damage. It suddenly stopped working. I cant even claim a warranty, as the product is imported form US and they dont have service centres in India.

Very bad quality. Stopped working in 15 days, with very minimal usage.
Very disappointing. With this price range, quality provided is worthless.Stopped working within 15 days, with very minimal usage.Honestly, please do not buy this product.

Very tough!! Survived being washed and getting torn up in the drier (see photo)
This is my second pair of these headphones, and I only replaced the first set because after several years of use (and generally being left on until the battery was fully drained) the battery life was down to 4-5 hours instead of 10+. In fact, for the the last week I've been using the old ones again because I "lost" this pair... Well the newer pair just turned up in the drier having been caught in the door mechanism and getting and torn up and bashed around. I had to use a screwdriver to pry them out so I was pretty sure there was no hope for them and that I was just going to get a third pair early, but to my surprise, they still work perfectly! No distortion in sound quality on either side, and actually, the earbuds look nice and clean now too.A very quick side comment on some of the features... The noise cancelling is obviously not as good as 10x price active noise cancelling, but is very good just by the design. Similar for the sound quality, of course they don't match up to $500+ headphones dedicated to top notch sound quality, but they are excellent for the price. And battery life is good too. They hold up for at least a couple of years of daily use (where they are regularly left on for 10+ hours because I forget to turn them off) and even then, they are still perfectly useable.I don't usually write reviews, but after what these headphones have been through and the fact they survived, I thought they deserved it.

Decent sound quality, very compact, great battery performance
Short version: these are solid mid-shelf earbuds being sold at bottom-shelf prices. Sound is loud and clear if not audiophile-level. Range is good. Battery life and charge times are great. Appearance is great. Fit is firm and more adaptable than most competitors. Build quality is mixed (be gentle with the USB port flaps and the solders between wire and earpiece). Support is top-notch.*Build Quality*Before I start singing these earbuds' praises, I should mention there might be a flaw or two in the otherwise excellent build quality. I bought two pairs and both broke down in the same way after about six months of respectful but very heavy use. The contact between wire and earpiece started weakening in that way where you can make it work by positioning the wire just so. In my experience, that kind of failure is very common among earbuds in this form factor, and when I reported the problem to AnkerDirect they promptly sent me replacements no questions asked. Thanks, Jessie!Oh yeah, and the USB charging port is covered by a soft rubber flap which you open by lifting a tab at one end. That tab broke off on one of my two units around six months in, making it much harder to access the USB port. If I hadn't gotten a replacement around the same time because of the aforementioned solder problem, I'd have probably just pulled the whole flap off and risked getting water in the USB port the next time it rained.Aside from those notable failures, my heavily-used old earbuds look almost identical to the replacements Anker sent me. The earpieces are cased in a black metal that looks and feels fantastic. The microphone/control unit casing is plastic and it shows some very shallow scuffing if you hold it up to the light — but nothing anyone could spot in passing. I've been caught in the rain a few times and these things didn't miss a beat.*Sound Quality*I'm not an audiophile but I think the dynamic range, bass response, and overall resolution are on par with most wireless earbuds of up to twice the cost. The midrange might be a little anemic but I'm honestly not the best judge. I use them mainly for podcasts and audiobooks, and I can always hear what's being said even on a busy street or subway so that's what matters to me. Comparing my six-month-old units to the brand-new replacements, I'd say the sound warms up a bit over time, and maybe loses a little volume in exchange.*Wireless Range*I can generally roam freely within my 600-square-foot apartment, but the signal is easily occluded by solid objects and I'll get *occasional* skips if I'm more than one room away.*Battery Life*Battery life really is around 7 hours, which is way better than I've seen in this price range. Recharges are quick -- less than two hours from empty to full.*Fit and Comfort*The earpieces are compact, and Anker provides a good range of swappable tips and hooks to adjust fit. The hooks do a great job of keeping the earpieces in my ears. The microphone and control unit that hangs off the right ear is practically weightless and has never gotten in my way. I find it less awkward to use than on-ear controls.*Design and Features*Magnetizing the earpieces so they snap together into a necklace is really smart. It's far from a unique feature, of course, but I'd hesitate to use a brand that doesn't have it.The blue and red wire colors are both attractive enough. I find the red one stands out in a stylish way and the blue one is less so but still too bright to be called conservative. Fortunately there's a black option for that. The power indicator LED is way too bright, but at least it doesn't blink distractingly like some of the other models I've tried. You can dim it to an appropriate level using the (highly recommended) LightDims Original Strength stickers. https://www.amazon.com/LightDims-Original-Strength-Electronics-Appliances/dp/B00CLVEQCOMy biggest pain point: the beep that indicates you've hit maximum volume temporarily mutes your source audio rather than playing over it. Same goes for the sound effect that indicates your battery is low (which at least only plays a couple times rather than every few seconds like some brands). This is surely a hardware limitation rather than a design choice, but both sound cues are longer than necessary -- long enough to kill the mood of a song or garble a sentence of an audiobook. This problem is very common among the other low- and mid-range wireless earbuds I've used, and Anker is far from the worst offender.*Hints*If you listen on the street and want to be able to hear what's around you (and you normally use the medium or large ear tips) you might want to try going down a size. It'll ruin the volume and sound quality and make the buds fall out more easily, but that beats getting run over. I'd love it if Anker could put out a non-isolating product (like Apple's) at this price range, but nobody else seems to be doing that either so maybe it's harder than it looks? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯You can use these without the rubber ear hooks and they still stay in fine as long as you've got big enough tips. This makes for a more flexible fit, which is especially helpful if you're lying on your side. Also see my note above about dimming the power indicator LED via stickers.

Great value Bluetooth headphones - terrific at gym.
Been using the headphones for about a month now - both around the house and at the gym. So far I have been pretty happy with them.Really like the headphones came with three sizes of "hooks" and five sizes of earbuds to custom fit them to my ears. Haven't done it yet but I plan to refit one earbud with a slightly smaller one so I can hear better when people talk to me. With both buds in and fitted tight - they block out most noise.Pairing is simple - much the same as other bluetooth devices but switching around from iPhone to Mac works pretty well.Using them at the gym has been great. No problems with them falling out or getting caught up on anything. Really happy with them for this purpose.

Decent inexpensive earbuds.
The sound and build quality are good. The ear buds have a bit of weight to them, but, it is by no means heavy after an hour or so of use. They stay in my ears when I got out bike riding (I do trials, and there's lots of hopping and jumping motions), so they are quite good for that. They are fairly comfortable, no complaints there.I did receive a faulty pair though. With the my phone synced to the earbuds, they would cut in and out, while riding, when it was only in my pants pocket. I've seen this happen with other reviewers as well, but the Anker customer service is phenomenal and replaced my earbuds with very little effort.HOWEVER, at no fault of Ankers own, the Intelcomm Service left the package out and it got stolen before I received them. At this point, I'm stuck with a faulty set of earbuds and no way to get them replaced. These earbuds are good quality, decent sound, decent comfort, all for an affordable price. I really did enjoy them. But I do not like Amazon's choice of Intelcomm Delivery Service.

Great sound, battery life, and comfort!
I have never used an expensive pair of BT earbuds, but these are fabulous. Both the ear buds and the stay pieces can be separately changed to different sizes (Small, Medium, and Large), which makes them perfectly comfortable for anyone and stay in place. They're also super light and have really good quality sound. The battery lasts quite a while from what I can tell (at least 4 hours of podcasts at a more than reasonable volume didn't kill them), although I haven't actually been able to kill them as I am near a charger regularly and do so when they aren't in use. My only gripe is the magnet is sort of weak. Its not hard to pull them apart if you have a jacket or something for them to catch on and they tangle in my hair, but that isn't really something avoidable with any pair of headphones. All over, more then worth the price!Update: 2 years and 1 month later, these headphones have finally stopped turning on. They have been used ruthlessly through full time greenhouse work, gym time, shopping, traveling, etc. I love the magnetic closure, and prefer it and the cord to the cordless versions for the sake of not losing them. Often, I could charge them on a 30 minute lunch and be up and keep going for the rest of the day.
