Because of this the little suction it has is at one end, so is badly designed and therefore fairly ineffective. Probably only ok for fairly light dust on hard surface, I don't think it would pick up much on carpet. It looks fairly robust. I have not worked out how to swivel the head, it has 2 arrows, one pointing each way but it does not move. ### ⭐ fell apart almost immediately: no Miele warranty *by D***Y on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 🇬🇧 on 17 October 2022* Got this as replacement for brush with fixed not rotating head.
