An Unbeatable Small Cell Phone
If you like to carry your cell phone on your hip or in your pocket, the Jelly Max is your phone. So fast, so complete, so smart, it's probably the best phone I've ever owned. Easy data transfers: All my contacts moved over. All my apps moved over. And Max is so quick it scares me: I asked it a question and before I could finished the last word of my question, the answer started. WOW! Welcome to 5G. I switched from a Unihertz Titan Pocket phone. The Max shares some of the Pocket's size and use features but is much faster and much more useful. Weakness: the Max has a small keyboard if held vertically. The fix: turn it sideways for an almost 5-inch wide keyboard. (Which is also great for videos). Great sound. So,so camera (but it has an optional telephoto lens). Caution: Order from Unihertz at your peril. I did and they never delivered my phone. And ignored my pleas for a refund. Better way: Go with Amazon, they delivered my Max in 2 days. The Max IS the MAX in small 5G phones. I love mine!!

Do all of the research you possibly can before buying any digital device online.
After watching multiple youtube videos about this phone and also reading the description on amazon.I found out that the phone did not operate as stated on amazon. I read on amazon that the phone would connect and work on verizon or t mobile only. Since I have verizon as a service provider, I went ahead and bought the phone. When I took the phone to verizon, they said it was not compatible with their service. We then decided to take the sim card out of my z.Flip six and insert it into the unihertz jelly phone and it worked so I thought. I could make and receive calls, but I could not use verizon's data to go online and use the internet. I could only use the internet via wifi. Furthermore, upon sending and receiving text messages I could not receive any pictures or send any photos, it just would not work. I must say all the videos I watched and everything I read about. This phone was very deceiving. I have since returned it and am still searching for a phone that I will be happy with.

Es el teléfono que yo quiero, tiene todo lo que me gusta de un teléfono. Pero el problema es que no se puede conectar con Verizon. Es compatible pero la empresa no lo ha certificado y por lo mismo no lo puedes usar. Lástima.

GREAT PHONE
I hate that I can only give this phone a 5 star. I'm in love with this phone. I've been looking for a little phone since the stop with the blackberry. It already had updated 15 on it. GREAT PHONE

Way too thick and bad haptics made me return it
You know I wanted to like this but I had two main problems and returned it: #1 It's FAT. Needlessly, ridiculously, hilariously thick, to the point where it's inconvenient to pocket. If they'd made it a bit thinner it could have been way more popular simply because this is ridiculous. Cheaping out on design, I'm certain. #2 The haptics are absolute weak rotational garbage and you will hate them. No good for typing. Straight out of a 2013 midrange phone. Honestly the rest is mostly pretty good. It's very fast, runs a pretty clean version of Android, and overall is a modern phone. However they really dropped the ball with the thickness and haptics. To be honest if you're looking for a small phone I think I would go pick up a used ZenFone 10 over this.

Fraudulent.
It says it works with certain Carriers, but it DOES NOT! Only talk & text, no MMS and no mobile data.

Display died after several months of low use, no drops
Came out of the box with 1 stuck pixel. Unihertz offered me 10 dollars for it. Not very bright screen. Kept it for the small size, was tired of big phones. Display was sadly dull. Really needs an AMOLED screen. Love the programmable button. After 7 months or so, the display will no longer activate when I press the button. It's a waiting game, pressing tens of times until it finally turns on. Button works because the back light turns on and off, but display will not. I've reached out to Unihertz about the screen, they requested a video, so I sent them a video of the problem, and have yet to hear back from them. Probably should skip this one. The dull display in the item misting is pretty representative of the actual dull display it has.

Best 2025 compact phone.
Works. Everything works. Surprised it was already updated to android 15. Overall is a great phone except the display brightness to be a bit weak in direct sunlight.
