Q: can you tell us how to order the 4000k bulbs those are the ones we need not 6500?

I am sorry, we don’t have any 4500k in stock now, only 6500k

Q: Hi: So to be clear , we bypass the ballast and wire 120 volt power to one end and if the 120 volt power goes out the lamp has a 90 min battery backup

Generally correct, but the battery only work when the main power off, if just the switch off, and main power working good,the bulb will work like a normal bulb

Q: Do we need to purchase a battery for the back up to work or is the battery included

The lights already have battery inside

Q: can you waranty that the 50 tubes work properly, because I buy 50 some time ago, and 7 tubes dont work, I need another 50 more.

Can you send the 7pcs bad back, we will fix for you, we will pay the shipping and make a shipping label for you. For the 50pcs more we need to send from factory to you, we have not more stock now, new stock need couple days
