it's a good quality laptop at a great price
It arrived very quickly and was packaged very well. Upon turning it on and setting up basic information, it asked me to upgrade to Windows 10 for free so I did that after a couple of hours of testing the laptop out. The laptop works very well whether you upgrade to Windows 10 or keep it at Windows 8 but I figured it would bug me until I upgraded and it was free so why not. The only thing is the processor is a little slow but if you're only using the computer for basic applications and Internet searches then it shouldn't be a big deal. Ultimately, it's a good quality laptop at a great price.

Wish I could returnit!
Very slow processor compared it my i7. It does not run Internet Explorer very well at all and it's not efficient with Chrome or Firefox either. I am very sorry that I bought this computer.

Bought one at Walmart for 350$ and its a good laptop. Tho the screen has bad viewing angles and the touchscreen is next to useless otherwise its good and battery? Well I don't know what's good for a laptop but I get 3-4hrs of screen on time, gaming, browsing, file management, etc. Been a while now while some usage and the left hinge is weak.. So beware of weak hinges. Update: I've owned this laptop for over half a year and now its on windows 10. Performance is still decent but there's a few issues; sometimes upon bootup the touchpad (not touchscreen) won't work at all till you reboot it and sometimes it zooms in even though it has one finger on it. Battery is still satisfactory. Not sure if its a windows 10 or the laptops issue but some of the menu (the wifi and speaker icons) buttons don't work till you reboot. Also the physical wifi button sometimes doesn't work or lags enough to get the pc confused. It's still a good laptop but it has some minor issues that might be fixed through updates.

Could not ask for anything more.
Easy to set up. Has a clear crisp picture, and was a good bargain for the price.
