Still going strong after 6 years
I just hit the 6 year mark with this grill cover for my Weber Spirit II E-310 and it's still going strong. Perfect fit for the grill. Material is still strong and flexible, no holes or tears, only slight fading despite being exposed to four mid-atlantic seasons and full sun during the day every day for 6 years. It is a nice heavy weight, very sturdy. The smooth outer surface is great if you live somewhere with a ton of pollen like we do (or, presumably, dust/sand/etc) -- it just rinses right off with every rain or I can take a hose to it if needed, rather than the gunk getting down into the fabric, keeping it looking good. Every other grill cover I've ever had has eventually gotten brittle, gotten stained, shrank, or tore after a few years (or less) in these conditions, but this one from King Kong seems like it will outlast my grill. The only thing on it that is really showing its age are the velcro straps which have worn quite a bit. However, the cover stays on in some pretty high winds without them being used at all -- we've never had the over blow off. (We do put a bungee cord tightly around it when a tropical storm or hurricane is coming through but for normal summer t-storms it does fine without). We just throw it on once the grill cools off and walk away, easy peasy. Very happy with this product, and I've recommended it to friends and family. Those who have bought one for their grill have been similarly happy.

SOOO much better than an OEM cover & way less expensive
This is an excellent cover! I’ve had it on my outdoor grill for 3-4 years and it is still working well. Despite being exposed to sun, snow, rain and the rest of the crazy western NY weather, the cover continues to function perfectly. I will admit that after 3+ years, the Velcro straps have become less clingy but because the cover is so long, it stays put perfectly. After my first cover, I’ve since purchased 3 others for my 2nd grill, my son’s and my father-in-law’s. All still working great. The tongs are my favorite of many sets and seeing how they’re included as a seemingly cast off is an amazing bonus. The grill brush is still working well and has not lost bristles. The thermometer I don’t really use.If you were only getting the cover, it’s a great deal but when the other stuff is also considered, it can’t be beat!

Best cover ever
Love the King Kong covers! They are flexible even in cold weather (Wisconsin). Durable & last for years. Sturdy material. This is the only cover I buy.

Great cover, velcro deteriorates over time
I'm about to re-order this product because I'm so pleased with its overall quality. After 3 years the fabric is still flexible, hasn't developed any tears or rips, and is waterproof. So why am I re-ordering? Because the velcro straps to tighten the cover around the grill no longer work. The "loop" fabric faded from black to tan after a couple of years, and now won't grab the "hook" fabric. (Oddly, the hooks still work fine with other velcro strips.) It's not worth the hassle to replace the velcro, so I'm opting for a new cover. It's still a great value. And maybe I'll find another use for the old grill cover.

Not Like The Original
Stay away from this grill cover and get the Webber. This brand used to be great and was an amazing alternative to the Webber cover. Not any more. The old version used to have Velcro straps to keep the cover tight and secure like a belt. Now it has velcro strips that I guess folds into each other. Problem is its convluted and dose not secure the cover all around. I wish I knew the design changed. What a waste of 40 bucks.
