This is nice.. just mix with water and have. Im getting desired results. There is no taste.. so just mix with anything and have .. it's free up stomach and very light. Good

helped my stool and IBS and fissure problem
This is really working , i use to have moring stool problem from last 2 years but this works , i am taking with mild hot water at 42 degress , just mixingup and drinking... starting it may increase the pain if you have fissure but will reduce by time. happy with the product
