If one dish or bowl is damaged when received must the entire set be returned?

I decided to return it and Amazon returned my money but they did not give me a code to return the plates. I am going to contact Amazon to return the purchase.

Porcelain dinner plates and cups

I ordered 2 sets of Malacasa dinner plates which I received the next day. After careful examination we noticed some flaws (little black spots) on some plates. We returned one set and ordered a new set which arrived soon and found no imperfections. These plates are scratch resistant so no problem with using steak knifes or regular knives, they leave no black scratches on the plates. Each set contains 6 settings compared to most sets which only contain 4 settings, nice to have more dishes when company comes over.
