I don’t think these are actually ashwagandha
I have tried several ashwagandha brands and they all have a similar effect: feeling calmer, less scattered ADHD-like thoughts, reduced impulsive behaviours, mentally clearer, and a manageable amount of sluggishness as a side effect. For some reason this brand feels more like a mild stimulant. I haven't slept for more than 3 hours a night on them for over a month. Impulsive behaviours and ADHD-like symptoms returned. The only effect that is positive is that I felt okay whilst all this was happening so there is something there. Just not sure it’s ashwagandha or maybe they’re contaminated? Who knows. Won’t be trying other brands anymore though. All I know is when I returned to a reputable brand I previously used my sleep and impulse control has instantly improved as well as the sluggishness side effect and I’m pretty much back to my normal after 2 days off these.

After doing research for lot of brands for Ashwagandha, comparing quality of ingredients KSM-66 is the most clinically proven, which is also organic, capsules is easy to swallow and there is no after taste. Competitive compare to other KSM seller which is been very impressive at time of delivery i was not at home but still product got delivered ( clever packaging ). Quality seems good and speedy delivery good seller
