Very tasty and worth eating this preparation of Gulkand.

Good gulkand. Flavourful. I eat less due to the high amount of sugar in it. I use it with bananas, butter, ice cream, as jam, with avocado and in paan.The container can be designed better. I ordered 2x300g. One bottle lid was extremely difficult to open. It has the black and white inside covering under the lid. There was something sticky on the threads that I assume is crystallized sugar syrup. That's what caused the difficulty to open. I did not remove the paper covering and checked the other bottle. It was not as hard to twist the lid but was also difficult compared to other products. This one had a red and white inside paper. It had a small notch to help peel the paper but the lid tore apart.

This is decent gulkand, preserved with sugar. In general, I would recommend buying honey preserved gulkand as opposed to sugar, since honey imparts a nice dense consistency that sits well when paired with paan. But urban platter gulkand isn't too bad either. I made very nice meetha paan with it, and I am going to use it to make paan flavoured kulfi.

The quality is good and so is the texture. It does not smell.l and in very good for your health. The sugar content in balanced and is sealed properly.

The amount of sugar contains as per this picture and actually received bottle is way different, in my bottle it is 75 gram per 100 gram serving.Disgusting
