Omron HBF 222T Complete Digital Body Composition Monitor With Bluetooth

I purchased this model of Omron Body Composition Monitor in March 2022. It's been 4 months now since I've been using it. Earlier, I had my apprehensions about ordering this as there are many other weighing machines available online but this is not just a weighing machine, rather a Body Composition Monitor which tells you about your weight, BMI, fat percent, visceral fat, biological age, muscle mass, and resting metabolism so I now focus not just on losing weight but rather losing fat and gaining more muscle mass. It took me some time to understand how to operate it but once I understood it, it was easy. All in all, it's a great product from a top-notch brand and it's totally worth buying a complete body composition monitor than just buying a regular weighing machine.

Don’t think and Just go for it! - If you are looking for a complete Body Composition Monitor with a Bluetooth option, where you can track your BMI Data via Omron Connect App. It gives very accurate results and a must buy device, if you want to have a healthy lifestyle and you need to track your BMI. It gives results related to Body Fat, Muscle, Viscal Fat, BMI and Body Calories as well along with the Weight.

1. Sturdily built. Was using another competing brand earlier, which went bust in a month! 2. Seamless bluetooth connectivity to the Omron (iPhone) App which allows the iPhone Health App to read weight data. 3. If your feet are dry, the machine may generate an error. A simple workaround is to dampen your feet and the issue gets resolved easily. 4. Data on "visceral fat" is at best a rough approximation which is no fault of the machine really....the medical technology that is available requires on-site testing using sophisticated equipment for accurate results.

PROS:- A very good Body Composition Monitor which accurately reads your Body Weight, Visceral Fat, Body Fat, BMI & Body Age based on your Gender, Body Height & Age (DOB)(to be entered). The tough strong Tempered (Shattered proof) glass is being used in the device which maintains to hold up the weight of a person very easily. Also tallied with other analog weighing machines available in many pharmacies, this Body Composition Scale also provides the actual weight reading (not at all difference in precision). CONS:- Nothing as such except pricing which should be a bit lower.

This device has stopped communicating with the cell phone and customer care is pathetic.

It gives you the weight, body fat (as percentage), visceral fat (as levels), skelatol muscle (as percentage), resting metabolism (in kcals), BMI and body age. Set up your height and age once, and it stores in storage. What I like the most is the auto detect feature, where it automatically detects which person is using it (you can program it directly or through app). Do note that it only gives these values and for differential and detailed values of arms and trunk, you'll need to use the 9k one

Got the Body composition Scale Delivery in committed time. The Set-Up was very easy. The Link to the Scale with my Smartphone was quickly done. The First measurement could be done in matter of minutes. The Repeat measurements also showed excellent repeatability. I am Now monitoring by Body Composition parameters on bi-weekly basis and I can follow the Changes very well. All in all an excellent Instrument with good build quality.

I am using this product for month now. Its easy to use. All you need to do is setup your profile once and then its done! It shows weight and other important measurements accurately. And sync data automatically with my Samsung Health and Omron Connect app. My only disappointment with this product is, It is very hectic to measure someone's only weight data. In "Guest mode" it ask to add date of birth/year, height data even if we only wanted to measure weight.

It is convenient because it can be connected to a smartphone via Bluetooth. The smartphone app is also easy to use.

Product is good, but the points system in The app shows Grab points which are no longer available. So, no point racking up points(pun intended).
