After 15 days or so it showed it's true colors. Filter showed the symptoms of airlock. Then after one and half year lower compartment started to rust. It says it's RUST FREE, DURABLE but I say they are false claims. I didn't even use muddy water. I just used it as second way to filter and dispense the canned water which is already in filtered state. Now I've send many emails to both seller and manufacturer. But no response even the product is under warranty.
