Review: My 1 year old loved it - I am always in search of good books to introduce to my 13 month old. I've got her flap books and another board book but none of them were really stories. I found this one and took a chance, knowing that the English would be too much for her, but buying it more for the illustrations. I read it to her for the first time today and she had such a blast pointing out the butterfly on each page or the monkey. She also seemed to be really concerned about where the mumma monkey went? Buy it - its definitely a story that warms the heart, and pictures that are a treat for the eyes (young and old!)

I am always in search of good books to introduce to my 13 month old. I've got her flap books and another board book but none of them were really stories. I found this one and took a chance, knowing that the English would be too much for her, but buying it more for the illustrations.
