First Stop, it arrived early!And now, with this, i have fallen more in love with my Zoom H1 all the more! ThanX a bunch guys!I had a dig around a lot to get here though. As i had to understand the problem: Lav was TRRS, & H1 accepts a TRS input!!I was super thrilled on seeing the input bars jump, wen I connected & turned my H1, 'on'! Go for it! :DCheers...

It works very well, voice capture is excellent and crisp, and outside voices are captured very low (It is really good) I am using Gopro 8 mediamod with 300Rupees mic. The adapter might very well in good range MIC

SRK A11 TRRS to TRS Adapter - connects a Lav microphone to a Zoom H1 recorder - works well
I purchased a "Juarez JRZ500 Professional Mini Lavalier Lapel Microphone 3.5mm Omnidirectional Condenser Clip On Noice Cancelling Lav Mic- Black" from Amazon. This works directly with a phone, such as an iPhone. However, the Lav microphone was not working with a Zoom H1 recorder. This product "SRK A11 TRRS to TRS Adapter" was the exact product that helped for the Lav microphone to work with the Zoom H1 recorder.I am happy with the product, as well as the design which has an "L-shaped" connector which fits in well on the side of the Zoom H1 recorder (rather than protruding out).
