Buying this in india is not a gr8 idea coz you can get better quality, durability, power. for the same price or a 1000 bucks more... and you can get the sanding belt for much cheaper like 70 bucks for 1 belt and where as 3m belts are just so expensive

Plastic parts can break easily.
The quality of the sander is not good. Although it's a ferm brand it says designed in Netherlands manufactured in PRC (china).It's a combination of plastic and metal sheets both of which are of not good quality can break easily and are vulnerable to cuts by sanding belt while in use.Also the belt changing is a hassle you will have to open up at least 6-7 screws to change the belt which is not a good design.

Good product and price is little high
This product is not for heavy work and I am not satisfied for sanding speed.Base plate and covering plate's quality is low.
