How many cans are needed to cover the underside of a lr 110? tia

Woe a lot . If you can get it in gallon form it would be better. You need to put a heavy coat on ,so at a guess, 15/20 cans ,do not do now ,ie winter too late . The salt would strip it off within weeks , once done top it up ie check it quarterly, probably only need 2 cans for that . Ps the salt on the roads now seems really aggressive, goid luck.

How many years protection on this product ?

Not sure but i did mine last October and it looked really good but after the winter it looked not so good so i did it agai to freshen it up

Can i spray it straight on the rust or the place needed to be prepared first

If you follow the manufacturers procedure, you should treat the corroded area 1st, with their Rust treatment which also allows the Black to adhere to it, as it acts as a primer undercoat. In my opinion if you prepare the corroded area say via a wire-brush and then spray it black itll not last a winter.

Is this stronger and longer lasting than that hammerite underbody with added waxyoil, if so would it last 10 years without any touch ups?

No idea if it would last 10 years. Used hammerite and it rusts through quickly. Used waxoyle and this is a far better , but much more expensive product. Stinks and smells your garage out but only for about 10 -14 days or so
