Eggless Cakes & Muffins

Being a complete vegetarian, this book helps a lot if u want to bake eggless. The receipies are really good. In the end there are few pages devoted to teach you about how to make different shaped cakes and decorating them.

though it has all eggless recipes at the same time it s also butterless, instead using oils,so a bit disappointing. and when i tried one recipe in it, didnt come out with good texture....not at all as expected .. not happy with this

Age old recipes.. needs updation.. go for it if you need traditional and classic recipes.. if you're looking for latest recipes, you'll be disappointed. and received the book in slight bad condition.. the pages were all folded from the top .

Perfect cover, perfect font; Simple languageTried pineapple upside down ......my first OTG oven baking and the cake came out perfect.It was soft, moist and quite appealingToo good guide for bakers;

Good but l have no muffin tray.Please suggest to me 9 cup muffin tray for my 28l LG microwave ( convection)

Not as inspiring as we had hoped. However nice presentation,easy to follow.

I had bought this for my granddaughter age 8 who allergic to eggs and loves baking. It was not quite what we were looking for. A lot of the ingredients we cant get in Cornwall.
