The product itself is great. My reason for such a low rating is because my last FOUR packs have all arrived either melted outside the packaging, or melted to such a degree within the packaging that the proper dosing cannot be achieved. This product needs to ship with some sort of cooling measure to ensure this doesn't happen. Returns have gone smoothly thus far, but I'm done with the hassle of sending these back every time. I'll be buying elsewhere from now on.
