It is easy to remove unwanted tools then add little washers or better yet a nylon spacer you can get at any hardware store. I had no need for the saw / flathead screwdriver, the knife, or the bottle opener so I won't be carrying those around in my pack for lots of years. What type of battery? Is it easy to buy such a battery? Please.** A: It uses three watch batteries. They are available at a battery store. Not available everywhere, too specialized. **Q: Is it good?** A: I accidentally cut myself(both on the hand-saw and knife), the only way you can get to anything besides the knife saw and flashlight, is by first opening up the knife or saw, I lost one of the pieces holding on the flashlight, and the flashlight stopped working after a month, and I lost it 2 months after I got it, but the tools are useful, and good at what they are for(except the flashlight that stopped working. It was very bright before it stopped working, but not after). If I could get another, I would, but always keep track of it, don't touch the blade of the knife, and take good care of it.
