Quality product, neat packaging
Excellent product came in very neat and smart packaging. It does require some kind of setting up/assembly but it is fairly simple and instructions provided are handy. Very useful for elderly who need this support in the bath. Good quality product, plastic quality is good, it is slip resistant and sturdy. Recommended for aged.

Great sturdy chair for bathing for elderly people
I bought this bath chair for my mom and dad as they were using plastic chair which is slippery and risky. This chair is easy to assemble and very strong and sturdy. They can both hold on to the chair while bathing as well as sit on it. There is both overhead shower and hand shower in their bathroom and it helps in bathing both ways.

shower chair is stable, well-built, and has a broad seat that comfortably accommodates a bulkier frame. The assembly was straightforward, and it feels secure and supportive during use. However, at its maximum height setting, it tends to wobble slightly and makes a metallic sound, which can be a bit concerning. If that issue were improved, it would be perfect.Would recommend it!

Worst, shaky dengerous for old people
Worst product , not sturdy and balaced, it is bit shaky . I will not recommend for paitent and old people. Dont purchache, i have requested for return, but they are replacing, . Amazon kind return and refund .
