What a bargain
The MacBook was clean and almost devoid of signs use.. good battery life, very clear screen, immaculate keyboard. It’s a heavy laptop which seems to be built from strong metal…and it was not expensive. Whoever owned it before me, looked after it remarkably well.

Works very well
- only drawback is that it came with french keyboard mapping - which was confusing until we changed to UK keyboard in settings.otherwise very happy

Excellent Laptop, perfect condition. Review for UES-LIMITED, not Refurbo
Battery and life on SSD is excellent. Hard to believe this was ever used from the condition, so maybe old stock. My only gripe is that the company uses Hermes!! No next day delivery as paid for, then they delivered the next morning when I was out and rather than ring any of the 3 other flats to put it inside they left £1000 of laptop on the doorstep (10ft from pavement) and sent me a photo! Luckily I was able to call a neighbour to take it in. I generally avoid companies that use Hermes and should have checked.

Learning curve for a 90 year old!
Thanks Amazon for resolvin XPa by getting a fast fibre Rophicsuter. A joy to work with once I connect my old PC laptop. I used to use an Amiga and still use an XP for Video and Graphics. Not on line of course....My neighbour who runs a modern Mac and pays the price... semed envious of my and I must saySpec and my larger screen.I'll be on Zoom later this week and that was simple to set up. I am still learning Mac - speak but I have Grandchildren to help. I bought a Bargain!

Great laptop!
Our macbook pro arrived extremely well packaged, with all the items included. We have used our laptop now for two months and its been nothing but perfect. We have a few brand new Apple Macbook pros in the house, and this had the same quality screen, power adapter, etc. We would certainly buy from this company again!
