I recently purchased this for my mother who suffers from Rheumatoid Arthritis after reading several positive reviews everywhere and was hoping it would work for my mother too. Started taking packets with warm water after breakfast and dinner. There was no miracle on the first day like some people have mentioned. Day 2 my mother felt lifeless in her legs and experienced the restless leg syndrome. I assumed it must be because of the rains and continued with the Pain Nirwan packets on the 3rd day too. Day 3 was the most traumatic as her BP shot up to 213/94 and I had to rush her to the hospital risking her life around the Covid times and expose her to the crowds in spite of knowing that an immunosuppressed person is more vulnerable to Covid. Doctor increased her regular dose of high BP to an even higher dose and asked me to stop giving pain nirwan as it has high amounts of Sodium Bicarbonate that has the tendency to raise BP. Now my mother has a very bad flare of Rheumatoid Arthritis and can walk with great difficulty when required that too only with somebody's help. My mother is on a Gluten free, dairy free, vegan and Auto Immune Protocol diet, has fair control on her RA and had bearable pain yet she landed in trouble only because she has high BP. The makers of this product really need to put some disclaimers on their product so that people with high BP can wary of this product and save their life by not consuming this churna. Also since it reads non-returnable, the onus is completely on the buyer as first they pay for the product then pay for hospital trips, medicines and most importantly the ordeal of seeing your loved ones in the opposite state of what was expected out of this product and live with the fact that you wasted your time, money and risked your family's life.

It is a general pain killer for long term aches like for severe knee problem. You can gauge the dosage for your own situation. If the pain is moderate, just half the amount may be sufficient for you. The effect of this medicine can last for two days. Problem is this is so good that you may forget that something is wrong with your knee and do some over-aggressive activities. Although this is ayurvedic, and less likely to cause problems like allopathic medicines, it is still a painkiller. So you should avoid getting into habit of overusing painkiller. In the long term, excessive use will still stress your liver/kidney.

Feedback received from my mother and other acquaintances is that it works in muscle pain/cramps/discomfort relief to some extent as long it is being consumed. But once stopped taking it the symptoms seems to come back.So Iam not sure whether it is just placebo effect or really does work on muscle/joint pain relief. Also, hope it does not contain any form of steroids or other harmful chemicals.

I am using this medicine from past 7 years. It is very effective. I am having ostrio arthritis, I suffered a lot finally I got this medicine, I will recommend this medicine. Go for it. I am very happy now. But if i don't use my body is back to normal. Now because of Corona I am not getting the medicine. That's ok no regrets. I can bare with the pain. Pain relief was amazing.
