Is this coffee shade grown

Is this product non-gmo?

Importer of this product to USA let us know that it is non-GMO product. However, it does not have labeling stating that. So, formally, we cannot state that it is non-GMO product.

is it dark roast or light roast?

It's whatever you want it to be, depending on how strong you make it. I put 4 rounded tsp in a 16 oz cup with a 1/4 tsp pure stevia extract ( the now brand organic by the lb) and cream. It's a perfect blend, heavy cream is best but normally just have 1/2+1/2. If you like a weaker cup put less coffee. Technically it's probably a med dark roast but i don't really know. Delicious

Does the Mt Hagen coffee have acrylamide in it?

Yes I'm sure there is. All coffee has acrylamide from the roasting process, it is a chemical reaction. The lighter the roast the higher the amount of acrylamide. Darker roasts have less, but still some. I do believe it varies from brand to brand, and probably roasting process.
