Very nice microwave heating wrap. Feels good on neck and shoulders. I heat up to 2 minutes and the heating comfort is just right. Nicely made with soft materials, but seems rugged enough to last. Great for sore neck & shoulders or to warm up on a cold day.

I don't usually review products I purchase, but had to write one on this item. I am VERY impressed with the quality of this heating pad. It arrived in a nice box with the pad was inside a vacuum sealed package. It is a very nice size for use on the neck and shoulders. The fabrics used are good quality, very nice aesthetically, and very soft to allow the moist heat to penetrate into the skin and muscles. I've been very careful not to overheat it, and have used it for several days. The value for the money is superb! Highly recommend this product! I purchased two more for gifts.

The weight of the item and how it lays on the neck is really nice, but I've only given 4 stars because the part that actually sits on the neck doesn't heat very well. The ends will be fire, whilst the neck part isn't quite hot enough for my liking. It's possible that it's the way I'm placing it in the microwave that's the problem.

I like the length, The quality of the material the weight is just right for my shoulder it’s convenient to place it in the microwave. I spray it with a fine mist of water like the instructions say it helps give it a penetrating heat a very soothing effect.

It works well, but smells like hay. After 2 months of daily use, it still smells like hay. For me, I heat it up for about 3-3.5 minutes, it stays hot for about 15 min. There is an elastic band that helps keep it in place.

Love this, fits snug around my shoulders. Perfect for aches and pains. Soft material and weight.

The size and length are very good, and it is very comfortable. However, we need to set it to about 2.5 to 3 minutes to achieve the desired level of heat. Our microwave oven is about 1000 watts. As long as the heating pad is not overheated, we are happy with the result.
