Do you have to put this in your hair when its wet or can you put it in when its dry?

I will put this in my hair as directed but I have also found, if my hair is acting static -like, I can just spray this a couple times in my hands and run it through my hair and I’m good all day! And if I have to do it again the next day, it never builds up, it just makes my hair softer!

Shipping: 1-2 months? Why is that?

What is the scent? Most of the leave-ins I find smell like vanilla, and I am not a fan of vanilla

My sense of smell is overactive to say the least and scents that linger or become overpowering. I have been using for years. I don't really notice the scent other than initially. The scent reminds me of baby lotion, only very light. It's comes out in a soft spray and I don't really smell anything.

Does this product refresh curls when used on dry hair?

It is a bit of a help for that....spray lightly and scrunch.
